This article is devoted to identifying the content of the components and personal determinants of life plans, represented by the autonomous correlation of career, matrimonial plans and the personal growth plan of graduate students in connection with their sexual differentiation. The substantive differences in the leading motives, goals and means of the motivational and organizational component of the life plans of men and women are considered; features of the emotional-evaluative component; differences in plan subjects for men and women; differences in personal characteristics that determine the autonomy of female and male life plans.
