RESEARCH OVERVIEW

Abstract

This scholarly article explores the expression of well-wishes and blessings in the Uzbek language and discusses their translation into other languages. Well-wishes and blessings play a significant role in communication and the culture of the Uzbek people, making the accurate reproduction of these expressions in translation crucial for conveying cultural nuances and emotions. The article is based on a literary analysis of the source material, a comparison of existing translations, and expert opinions from native speakers. The study demonstrates that translators must consider the contextual, socio-cultural, and religious peculiarities of the Uzbek language to convey the fullness and accuracy of well-wishes and blessings in the target text. Based on the findings, the article offers recommendations and strategies for successfully translating these expressions.
