The scope of Indonesia's recession during the COVID-19 outbreak, which has been going on for nearly a year, was the subject of this paper. This study centers around the public authority's endeavors to determine this emergency through arrangement and system to limit the conversation. To achieve the objective of this review, we initially accumulated primer perusing material by perusing articles on downturn brought about by pandemics to get adequate review plan-related data. We then go over the various means by which we can convey an understanding of the recession and its causes after the opening section's conclusion. After that, we proceed to the middle of the study to select the most significant results. We declare that the findings of this study are legitimate and solid before completing the results. Lactic acid bacteria (LAB) are known for their various beneficial properties, including plant growth promotion and antagonistic effects against plant pathogens. In this study, we aimed to explore the plant growth promotion and antagonistic properties of LAB isolated from various sources. The LAB isolates were screened for their ability to produce indole acetic acid (IAA), phosphate solubilization, siderophore production, and antagonistic effects against plant pathogens. The results showed that most of the LAB isolates exhibited plant growth promotion properties, with the ability to produce IAA and solubilize phosphate. Moreover, some of the LAB isolates also showed strong antagonistic effects against plant pathogens, such as Fusarium oxysporum, Pythium ultimum, and Rhizoctonia solani. The study suggests that LAB can be a potential biocontrol agent for plant diseases while promoting plant growth.

Digital signatures are widely used in electronic documents, and their verification is crucial to ensure document authenticity and security. However, digital signature verification can be challenging, especially when dealing with large amounts of data. In this paper, we present a comparative study of three Support Vector Machine (SVM) based methods for improving digital signature verification accuracy. We used a dataset of 10,000 digital signatures and compared the performance of linear SVM, polynomial SVM, and radial basis function (RBF) SVM. Our results showed that all three SVM-based methods improved the accuracy of digital signature verification compared to traditional methods. The RBF SVM method was found to be the most effective method for improving accuracy, with an accuracy of 98%.
