Abstract
This article explores the concept of an integrative approach to teaching English, which emphasizes the interconnectedness of language skills and the integration of various instructional methods. Drawing on theoretical frameworks and empirical studies, this paper argues that an integrative approach can enhance language learning outcomes by providing learners with a holistic and meaningful learning experience. The article discusses key components of an integrative approach, including the integration of language skills, content, and culture, as well as the incorporation of technology and real-life contexts into instruction. Examples of practical strategies for implementing an integrative approach in the English language classroom are also provided. Finally, the article highlights the benefits of an integrative approach for both teachers and learners, and concludes with recommendations for future research and practice.
