This article analyzes the process of the formation of legal culture in society, its main factors, and its significance in social development. It also examines the relationship between legal culture, legal consciousness, legal education, and legal upbringing from a scientific perspective. Furthermore, the article discusses issues related to the development of civil society and the strengthening of the rule of law through the enhancement of legal culture.
